The human behind
the headphones cat.

Event production veteran. Mortgage background. Consent educator. Pipeline nerd. Yeah, it's a lot. Let me explain.

I didn't take the straight path. That's kind of the point.

My real estate roots run deep. I've worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at AZ Home Loans and as a mortgage banker at Quicken Loans, where clients consistently praised me for being responsive, calm under pressure, and genuinely easy to work with. I studied at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business. I understand the back end of real estate transactions because I've lived inside them. I've been freelancing pipeline and ISA services in this space, and now I'm leaning back into the mortgage industry full time. MomoPromo is how I'm scaling that expertise to serve more agents.

Before real estate, I spent years in live event production. I was hired as the Venue Manager and Primary Production Manager at Walter Productions, where I ran the kind of events that have a hundred moving parts and zero margin for error. Vendor coordination, timeline management, on-the-ground logistics, staffing, troubleshooting in real time. I've also helped produce events at the ghost town of Cleator, Arizona, a former mining settlement in the Bradshaw Mountains that's been transformed into a creative hub for entrepreneurs, artists, and adventurers. Producing events taught me something no classroom ever could: how to manage chaos, coordinate people, keep timelines tight, and deliver when everything is moving at once. That's the exact same skill set I bring to your pipeline.

Outside of real estate and events, I serve as a board member of the Bureau of Erotic Discourse (B.E.D.), a volunteer-run consent education nonprofit that works directly with Burning Man Emergency Services. We've built free educational curricula through BEDtalks.org, and I've presented at the official Burning Man Camp Symposium helping camps across the playa develop their own consent policies. The organization is 100% grassroots, 100% volunteer, and it taught me more about building systems, leading teams, and communicating with real humans than any corporate job ever could.

All of that might sound scattered. It's not. Every role I've ever held has one thing in common: I show up for people, and I follow through. That's exactly what your pipeline needs.

Where I've been (and what I brought back).

Quicken Loans

Mortgage Banker

Guided homebuyers through the loan process from application to close. Earned consistently strong client reviews for responsiveness, professionalism, and making a stressful process feel manageable.

AZ Home Loans

Mortgage Loan Officer

Hands-on mortgage lending experience in the Arizona market. Deepened my understanding of local real estate transactions, compliance, and the operational side of deals.

The weird parts are the good parts.

🎪

Production Manager Brain

I managed venues and ran live event productions with a hundred moving parts and zero margin for error. Coordinating vendors, timelines, and last-minute chaos is second nature. Your pipeline is just another production I'll run flawlessly.

🏠

Mortgage Industry Roots

I've been on both sides of the closing table. As an MLO and mortgage banker, I learned how deals actually work, what agents need to close, and how to keep a transaction moving. That knowledge powers every pipeline I manage.

🔥

Built for Chaos

I've coordinated safety protocols at Burning Man and managed multi-day event productions in the Arizona desert. Your messy CRM with 2,000 unsorted leads? That's a Tuesday for me.

🤝

I Actually Like Talking to People

Most pipeline managers treat calls like a numbers game. I treat them like conversations. My Quicken Loans clients said I made a stressful process feel easy. That same energy goes into every call I make for you.

Systems Thinker

I built consent education curricula for thousands of Burning Man participants from scratch. I know how to design a system, document it, and make it run without me hovering over it. Your CRM deserves that same treatment.

A Little Weird, Very Professional

The cat logo is real. The Burning Man background is real. And so is the mortgage experience and the 50+ calls a week I'll make for your business. Weird and reliable aren't mutually exclusive.

Real reviews from my mortgage clients.

These are from my time at Quicken Loans. The same responsiveness and care goes into every pipeline I manage.

"Morgan was wonderful to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and super customer-centric. She is very easy to get a hold of and promptly returns calls or emails. She made what could've been a very stressful ordeal a breeze."

Quicken Loans Client

"Every time I needed to get a hold of her, if she wasn't available she would get in touch with me ASAP. Even my real estate agent was impressed by how fast she would get things done."

Quicken Loans Client

"You were very encouraging in giving aid through each step of the loan process. When things seemed to start to get overwhelming, your encouraging words helped calm the situation. Even after your initial responsibilities were complete, you were always available."

Quicken Loans Client
"I've managed event productions in the Arizona desert, closed mortgage loans, built consent education programs for Burning Man, and run venues with a hundred things happening at once. Now I do one thing: make sure your pipeline never goes cold."
