Services Overview
MomoPromo LLC provides backend operations and lead management services for real estate agents and mortgage professionals. Our services include CRM auditing, outbound lead follow-up, warm lead handoffs, transaction coordination, marketing design, social media ad management, and event production support. Service availability, pricing, and scope are outlined on our Services page and confirmed during your discovery call.

Text Messaging Terms
MomoPromo LLC may offer SMS/MMS messaging services to users who have provided their phone number and explicitly opted in to receive text messages through our website chat widget or opt-in forms.
By opting in, you may receive messages related to promotional offers, discounts, service updates, appointment reminders, and other communications relevant to our pipeline management and ISA services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 480-478-3771. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Service Agreements and Payment
Specific service engagements between MomoPromo LLC and clients are governed by individual service agreements made during the onboarding process. All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Payment terms, pricing, and scope of work are confirmed before services begin.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos (including the MomoPromo cat logo), images, and design elements, is the property of MomoPromo LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
